Can I place custom orders or buy wholesale?
P2G Publishing provides purchasing options for  wholesale orders. Please contact us to learn more.

Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, we will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
– To communicate with you about your order
– To fulfill your order
– For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

How are orders shipped?
Depending on the item orders are fulfilled by Amazon or our distributors.

What is the order processing time?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Estimated shipping times
– North America: 1-2 weeks
– Europe: 1-2 weeks
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

How are payments processed?

Customer payments are processed using PayPal over a SSL encrypted connection for privacy and protection. Customers can pay using their PayPal account or a major credit card.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I return a product?
Customer orders are fulfilled by Amazon and are subject to the return policy offered by Amazon.com. If you need help please contact us regarding the proper method for returning your product. Items shipped directly back to P2G Publishing without proper consultation cannot be tracked and will be considered lost.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Perishable products (like food or flowers)
– Digital downloads
– Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
– Items on sale
